Merchandise Return Policies
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returned merchandise. Please call Pulsed Harmonix at 1.855.749.7363 to receive and RMA. Note: RMA numbers must be requested prior to the expiration of warranty.
Non-defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, after obtaining an RMA number.
Note: Returns are subject to a restocking fee of $200. All merchandise must be returned in a new or resalable condition in the original packaging. Items damaged, or showing signs of wear, are not returnable. Missing items will be subject to additional charges. All paperwork, including the user guide, must be included, along with the original packaging. Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping box.
Note: Freight charges incurred due to returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer. Pulsed Harmonix recommends that you, the customer, use FedEx or UPS with insurance for returns, as Pulsed Harmonix cannot, and will not, be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Defective merchandise may be returned for exchange or credit within 30 days of the invoice date, after obtaining an RMA number. If you received incorrect, or damaged merchandise, we will provide you with a pre-paid label, for return shipping.
Note: All paperwork, including warranties and instructions, must be returned, along with the original packaging. Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping box (plastic bags are not sufficient packaging).
Note: do not put any stickers, labels, tape, or marks on the original manufacturer's packaging.
Call Pulsed Harmonix at 1.855.749.7363 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Pulsed Harmonix will need the following information:
(1) Purchaser or business name, account number, and invoice number
(2) Product serial number
(3) Reason for return. If defective, describe specifically what is wrong.
